December 4
Officer Barrett responded to Davidson Street for a report of a disturbance. He discovered a verbal argument occurred. 
The Mountain Grove Police Department requested a digital forensic extraction conducted on a cellular device as part of an on-going investigation within their jurisdiction. Det. Joe Neuschwander complete the process and the device and forensic report will be provided to the case agent.

Officers received a report of a possible forgery. This case will be referred to the Howell County Prosecutor's Office. 
Officers received a report about the misuse of funds through a company. The Department of Mental Health will be investigating this case. 
Officer Jerry Mingus responded to W. First for a domestic incident. Investigation learned an individual arrived at the residence and then threatened harm to themselves. Officers recovered a rifle, and the individual left the residence. 
December 5
Sgt. Colter Reid responded to 10Box Cost Plus Grocery in reference to a report of a property damage and stealing incident that had occurred previously. The case will be considered inactive and will be reopened if further information is obtained. 
December 6
The Southwest MO Cyber Crimes Task force will be conducting an investigation concerning a subject in Douglas County observed to be in possession of child sexual abuse material (CSAM). While conducting forensic examinations on the subject’s cellular devices, officers observed an individual appearing to sodomize an infant child on several instances. Charges will be forwarded to the Douglas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office. 
Officer Brent Keepes responded to a residence on Washington Avenue for a domestic incident. Interviews with all parties found that a domestic altercation took place between family members. No charges will be sought due to an uncooperative victim.  
Officers responded to the area of Porter Wagoner and made contact with an individual at the Washboard Laundry Mat regarding a peace disturbance. Officers took the individual into custody after discovering active warrants. 
Officer Barrett responded to Missouri Avenue for a report of a stealing. 
December 7
Cpl. Micah McKemie responded to Trish Knight Street regarding a stealing incident. The case will be forwarded to the Detective Division for further investigation.
Officers were dispatched to the block of Carte Square for a harassment call.
Sgt. Wichowski took a report of stealing from a vehicle parked at the Civic Center. The investigation remained ongoing.
December 8
Cpl. Thomas Manning responded to Porter Wagoner regarding property damage. Charges will be forwarded regarding this case to the Howell County Prosecutors Office. 
Officers responded to Maple Street for a juvenile possibly stealing. The officer returned the stolen property to the owners. This case will be referred to the Juvenile Office upon further investigation. 
Cpl. Stephens conducted a traffic stop on Gibson for an equipment violation. The stop resulted in the arrest of the juvenile driver for minor in possession of alcohol. Officers released the juvenile to the parents after processing. 
December 9
Officers responded to Porter Wagoner Boulevard regarding a report of stealing. While investigating, another store located on US Highway 63 stated the person entered their store. This case will be referred to the West Plains Municipal Prosecutor's office. 
Officers took a report of a stolen cell phone.
Officer Mingus took a report of lost medication. 
Officer Mingus responded to Worel for graffiti painted onto a climbing wall at the local park.
Officer Chris Siegrist responded to Hickory in reference to a suicidal subject. They transported the individual to Ozarks Healthcare for a 96-hour mental health evaluation.

December 10
Officer Brixey responded to Lynn Drive for a report of an adult protection order violated by the respondent. Investigation found the respondent had violated the order. Officers stopped the respondent on a traffic stop and placed them under arrest. A probable cause statement will be forwarded to the Howell County Prosecutor's Office. 
Officer Shell took a report on Broadway of stealing. 
Officer Siegrist assisted with a report of a vehicle fire.
