Officer Hocking conducted a traffic stop and found the driver did not have a valid license. A search of the driver’s person discovered a small pipe containing white residue and a search of the vehicle located a small black zip bag containing a clear baggie with a white powdery substance.

Officer Barnhouse took a report of a lost or possibly stolen purse from a transport bus. The investigation is ongoing.

Officer Barnhouse and Chief Ellison responded to the area of 1st and Center for a report of a suspicious subject. Upon arrival, officers determined the subject in question had active warrants for his arrest. They arrested arrested and transported the subject for booking and then transported to meet a WPPD officer and transferred custody.
