Rotary Club received matching grant The Willow Springs Rotary Club received a matching grant from their district organization. One of Rotary's seven areas of focus is maternal and child care. Each member purchased a diaper bag, and grant funds were used to fill them with items a mother would need for a newborn. These will be distributed by the Howell County Health Department as needed. Howell County Health Department Representative, Dawn Hicks, came to receive the bags and tell Rotarians about the many programs the Howell County Health Department has available.
