The puzzle pieces are finally starting to come together as the Lady Eagles now have some wins under their belt after a grueling first three weeks on the season. The Lady Eagles record currently stands at 8-6-2.
"I feel like this week was a much needed confidence week," Head Coach Shari Tune said. "Coming off the brutal first three weeks these girls responded well, starting with a great weekend at home. The record may show we have been beat up a lot, but you don't learn by beating easy teams. I would rather learn by early losses against solid teams, than an ugly loss in later season. I am proud of their efforts to decrease our errors. We still need to get better, but they are working hard at it. Willow was a big win for us because they are massive and have a good team. I am hoping we can continue to stay healthy and take steps forward into this weekend at Strafford."
