Lady Zizzers Volleyball boasts talented roster

Returning for her seventh season of coaching, Head Coach Hailey Beazley boasts a roster packed full of talent.

 

"We only graduated two last year," began Beazley, "Mia Duggins and Lily Wiedemann."

 

Returning players include Libby Welch, who has stepped into the libero role, Violet Hafer, Emma Wiedemann, Jocelyn Denny, and Natalie Ell.

 

"All these players are sharing/battling for the outside role," explained Beazley. "They all have different strengths and it is nice to know if someone is struggling we have people ready to step in. Mylea Adams was a big part of our offense last year and we are hoping to get the ball to her even more this year. Ashlyn Tinsley, Lucy Hafer, and Ella Orr will also be returning for us this year. Delani Wahome and Aubrey Tidwell are newcomers to varsity that will make a big impact." 

 

When talking about her five seniors, Beazley stated, "All five seniors are doing an excellent job leading our team. This team and program means so much to them and they have all stepped up their leadership. I’m so proud of them and I am excited to watch them lead throughout the season. Our conference is strong. Marshfield and Rogersville will be two really tough conference opponents."
