Local club celebrates college signings

The Howell County Futbol Club, coached and run by Nathan and Laura Wagner, is proud to announce their first two college signings. Asia Been and Madalyn Russell both signed their letters of intent on Wednesday, March 22. Head Coach Nathan Wagner said, "I feel like these girls are like my children. I feel like it's my job to feel that way. Today was one of the proudest moments, not only for me, but for these two ladies that reached their dreams. They are doing what they've always thought about since they discovered a soccer ball, going to college and playing the sport they love. Congratulations to both Asia and Maddy. I'm proud of you. You have made your towns, your teammates and your club proud of you."
