"For the Love of Zizzer Sports Night" to be held Sept. 8

The West Plains School District will host a "For the Love of Zizzer Sports Night" on Thursday, Sept. 8 for the entire community.

Wear Zizzer red and catch one of your favorite teams play at home. Admission to the events is a canned/non-perishable food item or a donation which will be collected for the Bridges program. There will be no charge for tennis.

Games for sports night will include:

Tennis vs. Waynesville at 12:00 noon at the tennis courts

Softball vs. Waynesville at 4:30 p.m. at the softball fields

7th and 8th grade volleyball vs. Ava at 5:30 p.m.

High school volleyball vs. Winona at 5:30 p.m. at the West Plains High School Gym

Football vs. Hillcrest at 7:00 p.m. at the Zizzer Stadium
