Week of wins for Bears softball

Last week saw six wins in six days for Willow Springs softball. Norwood came to Willow Springs Monday, and went home empty-handed with a score of 6-5, Bears. Two regular season games were also notches in the W column – the Bears beat Gainesville 8-4 Tuesday and Mountain View 19-8.
On Saturday, the Lady Bears took first place in the first Willow Springs Tournament. They beat Couch 11-2 and Bradleyville 15-0 in pool play. They won against Fordland 14-3 in the championship game.
This week, the Lady Bears improved their record to 7-1.
