Willow Springs student receives first in state for her art Ivye Brown is presented her first place award for her art entry by President of MAEA Kim Powell and Lieutenant Governor Mike Kehoe. Brown placed first in the state during the 2023 Youth Art Month Capitol Exhibit and Ceremony which was held at the Missouri State Capitol in Jefferson City.
