2024 Liberty FFA The 2023-2024 Mountain View-Birch Tree Future Farmers of America. The annual FFA Rad Night was a huge success. Community members showed an immense amount of support throughout the fundraiser. FFA members embraced concepts taught in agricultural science classrooms nationwide. The students were able to build valuable skills through hands-on experiential learning, and each year at state competitions they were able to demonstrate their proficiency based on real-world agricultural skills. Grace Conner won Overall Grand Champion Market Goat the 2023 Texas County Fair. Maddie Smith won Overall Grand Champion Market Lamb at the 2023 Texas County Fair. Olivia Jennings studies hard all while taking care of her baby goat. Adryann Holden, Parker Foster, Sydney Radford, Drayton Wells and Reece Walton competed in numerous trap shoots. FFA members help the Mountain View Garden Club as they get the daffodil beds ready at the Mountain View Elementary. Members of the FFA enjoyed the Annual Chapter Barnwarming in October. They played games, enjoyed good food, and made new friends. Dalton Vermillion and Sydney Radford were the Barnwarming King and Queen. Students interested in the grasslands contest participated in a grasslands practice contest in Koshkonong.
