Liberty grad receives scholarships from Missouri State University-West Plains

Isabelle K. Smith, Mountain View, has been awarded the Board of Governors Scholarship, the Rita Fugate Endowed Scholarship and the Ozarks Teacher Corps Scholarship from Missouri State University-West Plains.
Smith, a 2020 graduate of Mtn. View-Birch Tree Liberty High School in Mtn. View, is a freshman at Missouri State-West Plains who plans to pursue a degree in education. She is the daughter of Steve and Shawna Smith, Mtn. View.
