Pomona Resident Surprised with $3,000 Scholarship

Pomona resident Heather Rothermich was recently surprised with a $3,000 Bright Future Scholarship to WGU Missouri. The scholarship is open to new students who have lost income due to the COVID-19 crisis and are interested in furthering their education as part of their personal recovery plans. Rothermich was virtually presented with the scholarship on June 16 by WGU Missouri Community Relations Manager John Hardin. She is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Human Resource Management from WGU Missouri.
