Support the Star Theatre

The Willow Springs Community Foundation is raising funds to support the maintenance and ongoing operations of the Historic Star Theatre in Willow Springs. Built in 1922, the Star remains in operation and hosts events or gatherings two or three times a week, says WSCF Director Dean Aye. The theater is a venue for plays, ballet, movies, music, patriotic programs, and political speeches. 

Because the venue charges a minimal fee, fundraising is key to the ongoing operation of the theater. The Community Foundation is accepting donations of any amount toward the theater.
