South Fork Elementary Preschool & Kindergarten Screening - June 12 from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - Location - South Fork Elementary
Please provide:
*Birth Certificate
*Immunization Records
*Proof of Residency
Children entering preschool must be four before August 1, 2020. Children entering kindergarten must be five before August 1, 2020.
An appointment must be made in advance for screenings. Please call 417-256-6158 (WPE) or 417-256-2836 (South Fork) to schedule an appointment. Each screening should take approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes
