Willow Springs competes at State Beta Convention

The Willow Springs High School and Willow Springs Middle School Beta teams competed in the State Beta Convention held in Branson, MO last week. Four middle school students competed and two students qualified for the National Beta Convention. Adalynn Siler placed fifth in solo dance and also received a Gold Ticket, which means she was picked to perform in the opening ceremony at Nationals. Avery Foster placed second in digital enchanted photography.
Twelve high school students competed and two students qualified to compete in Nationals. Cooper Poor placed second in the state for 9th grade agriscience and Seth Wake placed third in the state for speech.
Nationals will be in Savannah, GA on June 16-19.
