Willow student receives scholarship from Missouri State University-West Plains

Carson L. Lowe, Willow Springs, has been awarded the Dean's Scholarship from Missouri State University-West Plains. Lowe, a 2020 graduate of Willow Springs High School in Willow Springs, is a freshman at Missouri State-West Plains. He is the son of Kurt and Christy Lowe, Willow Springs.
