WSHS student receives scholarship from Missouri State University-West Plains

Emily D. Scarbrough, Willow Springs, has been awarded the Dean's Scholarship from Missouri State University-West Plains.

Scarbrough, a 2020 graduate of Willow Springs High School in Willow Springs, is a freshman general studies major at Missouri State-West Plains. She is the daughter of Rick and Mandy Scarbrough, Willow Springs.
