Brush and Limb removal week of Sept. 23-27 in Mountain View

The city of Mountain View will do a brush and limb removal the week of Sept. 23 through 27. The city will be collecting leaves and grass clippings that must be in a bio bag. Bio bags can be purchased at city hall for $0.75 each. No boards or trash in the brush piles. Brush can be up to 10 feet in length and stacked parallel with the road and within five feet of the street. This enables crews to access them easily. The city asks that no brush be stacked in alley ways. If your house borders a state highway and/or city street, brush must be put on the city street side. The crew uses a grapple to load the brush so please make sure there is nothing behind or near by the brush piles.
