'Celebrating our Native American Patriots' to be presented at Ozark Spring, NSDAR November meeting

The Ozark Spring, National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (Ozark Spring, NSDAR) monthly meeting will begin at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 4 in the American Legion Hall, 1401 Bill Virdon Blvd., West Plains, MO. 

Three Ozark Spring, NSDAR Daughters, Teresa Cain-Coldiron, Mary Ann Mutrux, and Karen Ryburn will present brief biographies on three American Indian Patriots; Polly Cooper (Oneida Indian Nation), Tewhangarahken (aka Han Yerry Doxtader-Oneida Nation, fought at Oriskany and Saratoga) and his wife, Tyonajanegan (aka Two Kettles Together, who fought alongside her husband during the American Revolution).

Ozark Spring, NSDAR monthly Chapter meetings are FREE and Open to the Public. Each meeting opens with formal protocol and then guest speakers are introduced. The November meeting Hostesses are Rebekah McKinney and Blanche McKinney.
