Mountain View Storm Shelter Registration Forms available at city hall

In response to citizens of Mountain View requesting the need/want to register their storm shelters, with Emergency Services, the city of Mountain View Emergency Management Office has developed a “Storm Shelter Registration Form". This form will offer information during times of disasters. Currently the form is only available on paper, but as the city anticipates finding a technological venue for this information.

When the city receives this information, it will be stored in the Mountain View Fire Station and a copy will be maintained in the City of Mountain View Emergency Management Office. This allows for the pinpointing of storm shelters in the district. Sign up is free to the citizens of Mountain View, and citizens are strongly encouraged to fill out the registration. 

 

Citizens may pick up a hard copy of the registration form at City Hall.
