Mtn. View Library Launches Summer Reading Program

“Oceans of Possibilities” is the summer reading program at the Mountain View Public Library May 23-July 8.  Summer reading is for children 3- to 15-years-old.

Participants read and track minutes, books or pages, attend programs and read for prizes.

BEANSTACK is a new way to track reading participation using an app for the summer reading and all year long. Paper logs are available too.

Patrons are invited to cooking classes, to make a Sharpie tie-dye shirt, color with friends, play a board game and Minute-To-Win- It games, draw a chalk picture on the sidewalk, and have a popsicle.

Story time is every Wednesday at 10:00. Snacks will be available after the programs.
