PUMPKIN COMPETITION AT DOWNTOWN FALL BLOCK PARTY OCT. 15

West Plains Council on the Arts (WPCA) will sponsor the pumpkin competition during the Downtown Block Party, 12-5PM on Saturday, Oct. 15. Entries of pre-carved, painted or decorated pumpkins will be accepted between noon and 1PM at the booth located in the northwest corner of the square.
Entries will be on display throughout the event, with winners to be announced at 4PM. People's Choice winner will be announced just before closing at 5PM.
Competition categories include:
Youth – scariest, cutest, funniest
Adult – most original, most artistic, most beautiful
All entries will be eligible for the Best of Show and People's Choice awards.
