Spring Cleanup

Spring Cleanup has been scheduled for April 10-14 in Willow Springs. Residents should have their items curbside by their regular trash pickup day. Please separate your items into 3 piles:
1. Regular bagged trash for the trash company to pick up.
2. Yard debris that our street department will pick up with a dump truck
3. Appliances or household goods, scrap metals to be picked up with city dump truck

There are a few exceptions that neither the trash company nor the city will be able to pick up:
1. Hazardous, toxic, radioactive materials (microwaves)
2. Waste oils (motor/food)
3. Lead acid waste
4. Liquids (paint, pool chemicals, oil, etc.)
5. Whole tires (side walls must be cut out)
The trash company will pick up paint cans if they are dry with no liquid inside. For additional information regarding spring clean-up, please contact City Hall at 417-469-2107 or by email at wscity@willowspringsmo.com.
