The Friends of the Thomasville Community Center look forward to a fundraising Christmas Bazaar to be held November 21, and 22, 2020. First held in 2017, and again in 2018 and 2019, the Bazaar has become a primary fundraiser to support ongoing maintenance and operational expenses of the Community Center.
The 2020 Bazaar promises to offer a wide variety of holiday deco, merchandise, and food. Rather than offering goods from multiple vendors, the Thomasville Christmas Bazaar presents items that are derived from within the community.
In addition to ongoing operational costs of the building, proceeds from the 2020 Bazaar will be applied toward restoring the heating system in the gymnasium of the building, a final major restoration expense incurred following the 2017 flood.
The Thomasville Christmas Bazaar will open at 8:00 a.m., and conclude at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 21; and will be open from 2:00 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, November 22.
