West Plains City Council to meet Sept. 15

The West Plains City Council will meet in a regular meeting/work session on Monday, Sept. 15. at council chambers located at 1910 Holiday Lane. The meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. with the work session to follow.
The tentative agenda for the meeting is as follows:
Approval of Minutes for the Aug. 18 regular meeting and Aug. 22 special meeting; Planning and Zoning recommendations: Site Plan–Auto World, Bid for 395 Jackie Garrett Drive roof replacement–$168,750; Tourist Development Advisory Board appointment: Stewart Walters filing a 2-year term set to expire Oct. 2027, Heather Smith filling the unexpired 2-year term of Michael Hullinger set to expire Feb. 2026; Park Board appointment: Jared Barr renewing a 3-year term set to expire Oct. 2028; Proclamations: Missouri Good Neighbor Week.
The board will then go into a work session to work on the FY26 budget.
