Durnell wins House seat

General Election results printed here based on unofficial results from the Howell County Clerk's Office. On General Election Day, sixty-seven percent of registered voters cast ballots. Locally, there were very few contested races. Republican candidates carried off the wins handily – usually an 85/15 split of the vote.
In national and statewide races, Howell County also went dark red, with 80 percent of local voters choosing the GOP candidate. When voting on the proposed Missouri Constitutional Amendments, Howell County was in favor of only Amendment 7, which bans run-off elections and ranked choice voting. Voters here opposed the remaining proposed Amendments. Statewide results are printed below.
