$50,000 Powerball prize won in West Plains

A Missouri Lottery Powerball ticket worth $50,000 was purchased at 10 Box Cost-Plus on Kentucky Ave. in West Plains for the Oct. 29 drawing.
The numbers drawn that night were 19, 31, 40, 46 and 57, and the Powerball number was 23.
The ticket matched four of the five white-ball numbers, plus the Powerball, to win a $50,000 prize. The winner claimed the prize the following week in the Lottery’s Springfield regional office. 
Players who purchased tickets in Howell County in FY22 won more than $7.8 million in total Missouri Lottery prizes. Retailers in the county received more than $731,000 in commissions and bonuses in FY22, and education programs received more than $1.3 million in appropriated Lottery proceeds.
