Autographed guitar to be auctioned off at Eddie Montgomery Concert

Randy Frazier of Mtn. View is accepting a donated guitar from Randy Reese of Ozark Trading Post of Mtn. View to be autographed by Eddie Montgomery of Montgomery Gentry and to be auctioned off at the 35th Annual Cystic Fibrosis Concert featuring Eddie Montgomery of Montgomery Gentry on Saturday, March 18 at the West Plains Civic Center.
"Each year we had received a guitar from Bob Tate for our artist to sign and be auctioned off. Randy Reese, the new owner of Ozark Trading Post, is continuing this tradition. Some lucky person will purchase a wonderful piece of memorabilia. It is not that often that someone from our area gets the opportunity to own something like this. We appreciate Randy Reese for making this possible,” says Rick Frazier of Cystic Fibrosis of West Plains.
The  35th Annual Cystic Fibrosis Concert's doors will open at 5:00 p.m. starting off with a silent auction. There will be two hand guns, donated by Randy & Kelly McGinnis and Adam & Mindy Williams of 4730 Lumber, a Kimber 9mm and a Rugger LCP II being raffled off. At 6:00 p.m. the selling of cards for the autographed guitar will begin, cards are $20 each. Then at about 6:30 p.m. a live auction will begin with Billy Sexton as the auctioneer. Both auctions are packed full of donated items that everyone is sure to enjoy. If you have something you would like to donate, please give us a call at 417-256-5388.
Next up will be the wonderful Jessica's Friends singers. This group, made up of local talent, has been performing each year and they are always a crowd pleaser. This year's group will be under the direction of Diane Reed. If you have a child that would like to be a part of Jessica's Friends, please let us know. Everyone is welcome to come and be a part.
Around 8:00 p.m., Eddie Montgomery of Montgomery Gentry will take the stage. He will be preforming some of his all time hits “My Town”, “Something To Be Proud Of”, “Where I Come From,” and many, many more. Ticket prices are $30 in advance for adults and $5 for children 12 and under.
