City of West Plains Acknowledges Apprentice Linemen

At the February City Council meeting three apprentice linemen were recognized. Nicholas Osborn has completed four years of apprentice lineman school and has graduated with a certificate as a certified journeyman lineman. Timothy Noakes and Keeling Ward have completed their first year of apprentice lineman school.
