Dear Willow Springs Fire Members,

Beginning in November 2022, your Rural Fire Membership dues for 2023 will remain at $50.00 per rural residence. But, there will be some new changes to our Rural Fire Protection Program. Those changes will include but not limited to the following changes:

(1) There will be an enforced minimum of $300.00 fee for non-payment of dues, (which are subject to increase, pending board review) plus $50.00 membership dues, when services are provided to non-paid members.
(2) Rural Fire Membership dues are $50.00 per rural resident. If there are multiple homes on the same property/address the membership dues will be $50.00 per residence on that property/address.
(3) Rural non-joined property (i.e. separate farm land in multiple locations) will be assess fees of $30.00 per each non-joined property, and all property locations will need to be provided by the owner to the Rural Fire Department at time of membership payment.
(4) Commercial business membership dues will increase to $100.00 per business.
(5) Your insurance will be billed for services provided, according to the Cost Recovery Laws of the State of Missouri.

The Rural Fire Board approved these necessary changes to ensure we have the best Rural Fire Protection possible for our rural members.
