First Gone Junkin’ at Highway 60/63 Marketplace

Highway 60/63 Marketplace opened its doors officially on June 15. On July 24 and 25, the antique mall hosted its first-ever Gone Junkin’ event, offering outdoor vendors in addition to the permanent booths set up inside the marketplace. 

Manager Julie Olsen said the market has retained many of the same vendors after the marketplace was closed and reopened. 

Owner Travis Tooley says a Gone Junkin’ event will be a feature of the marketplace every fall and spring. He said he scheduled the event now to bring awareness to the newly reopened business. Despite the great heat, Tooley said there was “a lot of traffic” at the event over the weekend.
