Aijalon Marshall, 18, of Poplar Bluff, bonded out of the Butler County Jail after three days behind bars, confirms Howell County Sheriff Brent Campbell. Marshall faces sixteen felony charges contacted to the burglary of more than a dozen firearms from Anderson Services in Mountain View on Jan. 17.
Though surveillance footage shows at least three subjects, as of press time, Marshall is the only suspect facing charges. The Howell County Prosecuting Attorney filed charges against him on Jan. 24, and Marshall was arrested by the Butler County Sheriff's Department at 6:30 p.m. that evening, confirms Sheriff Campbell.
He posted his $50,000 bond on Jan. 27.
Marshall appeared before the Honorable R. David Ray for arraignment on Feb. 6, and pled not guilty. His case is set for a counsel status on March 3.
