George W. Marcum celebrated his 90th birthday on Monday. He was born to Sam and Violet Marcum in Altamont, Mo. on March 22, 1931.
Mr. Marcum built and operated the Marcum Truck Stop in Pomona during the 60s. He owned and operated several businesses in the area and worked at the shoe factory and Rawlings. He is a veteran of the Korean War.
