Kyle Napier, 29, Hartville, driving while intoxicated and speeding 20 to 25 mph over the posted limit. Released from Wright County Jail.
April 30
Wava Gilbert, 49, Mountain Grove, felony possession of a controlled substance, tramadol; driving while intoxicated, drugs; failure to drive on the right half of the roadway resulting in an accident. Placed on a 12-hour hold at Wright County Jail. 
Johnny Wintjen, 44, Ava, misdemeanor driving while intoxicated; careless and imprudent driving involving an accident; no insurance; no valid driver’s license; no license plates; and no seatbelt. Released from Douglas County Jail.  
Terry Weaver, 39, Ellington, driving while intoxicated; failure to drive on the right half of the roadway; failure to secure a child less than 16 years old in a seatbelt; and expired registration. Released from Carter County Sheriff’s Department.

Curt Belew, 22, Summersville, felony warrant from Texas County for probation violation (original charge: aggravated assault); possession of marijuana, ten grams or less; driving while suspended; no proof of insurance; speeding; no seat belt. Held in Howell County Jail with no bond.
Everett Pemberton, 75, Grovespring, driving while intoxicated, prior offender; and no valid drivers license. Placed 24-hour hold at Wright County Jail.

Stephanie Hawkins, 35, Salem, possession of marijuana, ten grams or less; unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia; and driving while revoked. Processed and released.
