Mtn. View Garden Club makes bouquets for Heritage Day celebration

Several members of the Mountain View Garden Club gathered at the Mountain View Community Center on Friday, April 14, to make 36 spring bouquets for the upcoming Heritage Day celebration at the Missouri Department of Conservation Twin Pines Conservation Education Center in Winona, MO.
Dogwood branches, lilacs, daffodils and tulips were donated from club members gardens to be used in the small flower arrangements. These decorated the picnic tables where the fish fry lunch is served. Afterwards they are donated to participants of Heritage Day. This project has been one the club has done for the past several years.
