Mtn. View Public Library Youth Volunteer Training

October 30 at 10:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. a training class will be held for anyone 12- 16 years of age wanting to become a volunteer at the Mountain View Public Library. Volunteers must attend training to participate in the program. Volunteers need to work 2 hours per month at the library.

The purpose of training is learn how to use the card catalog then locate a book on the shelf and correctly shelve books, both fiction and non -fiction. Some cleaning will be required such as dusting and straightening books.
