Mtn. View VFW Donates to MVPD

Mountain View VFW Post 3009 members James Gould and Dan Goff brought in a donation of $250 to the Mountain View Police Department to purchase Christmas gifts for the local children of the area. The donations came from local veterans and members of the Post. 

The donation from the VFW and donations from MVPD Officers will be used to purchase a variety of children’s gifts from local shops. During this season before Christmas, the Mountain View Officers will give Christmas gifts to children while on calls for service, traffic stops, and during general interactions with the public.
