Pedestrian Injured in Crash Outside West Plains

Amber Taylor, 38, of West Plains, was seriously injured after being struck by a Dodge Ram on U.S. Highway 160 one mile east of West Plains on December 10. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the truck, driven by Cameron Ward, 23, of Birch Tree, made contact with Taylor in the roadway with the mirror. Taylor was taken from the scene by a private vehicle for treatment at the hospital. 

Ward was not injured.
