Smokey Bear/Woodsey Owl poster contest winners announced

The Mountain View Garden Club is delighted to announce its winners of the 2023 Smokey Bear/Woodsey Owl Poster Contest.
From Mountain View Elementary, the First grade winners are Kesley Cantrell, first place; Chaynne Alford, second place; Harper Davis, third place; and Karli Chambers, fourth place.
The Second grade winners are Adalie Kruse, first place; Sutton Van Horn, second place; Emma Schulte, third place; and Kayden Snider, fourth place.
The Third grade winners are John William Goldsmith, first place; Sophie Tillman, second place; Jase Johnson, third place; and Kynadee Bieber, fourth place.
The Fourth grade winners are Peyton French, first place; Nyah Marriott, second place; Braylee Reese, third place; and Michael Fagan, fourth place.
The Fifth grade winners are Madyson Southworth, first place and Jaecey Goodwin, third place.
From Birch Tree Elementary, the Fifth grade winners are Casey Cooley, second place and Khloey Underwood, fourth place.
Congratulations to the winners, and a very big thank you to all the art teachers who assisted the students in making all of the beautiful posters that were submitted. The award money was provided by Smith Flooring in Mountain View.
