Storm Damage

Flash flood warnings were issued in Northern Howell County and the surrounding areas as more than six inches of rain fell. Unseasonable thunder and lightning also caused damage and loss of livestock in Willow Springs. 

One Willow Springs man lost his life in a high water accident, dozens were flooded-in behind low water crossings, and roads throughout the area were flooded.
