Topliff Signs First Proclamation

New West Plains Mayor Mike Topliff signed his first proclamation as mayor on Thursday, May 6 at Ozark Action, Inc. in West Plains declaring May 2021 Community Action Month. Ozark Action, Inc., is a non-profit Community Action Agency serving Douglas, Howell, Oregon, Ozark, Texas, and Wright counties that offers a wide variety of community services including the operation of over a dozen Head Start centers in the region, rental and utility assistance, weatherization, income tax preparation, and career and workforce-related services.
