Willow woman to be honored by Governor

A Willow Springs firefighter received an award from Missouri Governor Mike Kehoe Tuesday in Jefferson City. Jennifer Martin, of Willow Springs Fire Department, received one of this year’s two Public Safety Civilian Partnership Awards for rescuing a boy who had fallen through the ice of a frozen pond.
