WP Woman Charged after TX Co. Drug/Weapons Arrest
On April 29, 2020 at approximately 11:56 p.m., a Texas County Deputy on patrol in the Plato/Roby area initiated a traffic stop on Highway 17 for a registration violation. A records check on the driver, Jesse Anderson, indicated he had a felony arrest warrant for a probation violation. Anderson was arrested on the warrant and a search of the vehicle was conducted. During the search, deputies discovered drug paraphernalia, methamphetamine and a firearm. The paraphernalia included items used in the distribution of drugs such as a weight scale and individual bags containing methamphetamine. Gabrielle Dickinson, a passenger in the vehicle, was arrested as well. Texas County prosecuting attorney Parke Stevens charged Gabrielle L. Dickinson, age 23, of West Plains with Delivery of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Use of a Weapon. Dickinson was held in the Texas County Jail pending a $250,000 bond. Jesse L. Anderson, age 37, of Hollister was held in the Texas County Jail on the probation violation warrant with no bond.
