Spring porch sign workshop

The Willow Springs Arts Council is sponsoring a painting workshop entitled “Spring Porch Sign”, on Saturday, March 11 at the Ferguson Building from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. All supplies are included along with personal instructions to help you create a seasonal sign to display for years to come. Workshop attendees will be able to select a Spring still life picture featuring bunnies, flowers, and eggs to paint, or simply create a Welcome sign. The signs will be weatherproof and suitable for inside or outside display.

The cost is $25 per person and individuals may sign up at the Ferguson Building during regular office hours. Early registration is encouraged as class size will be limited to 20. Local artist, Kristina Kauffman, will be conducting the class.

The Willow Springs Arts Council is a volunteer organization whose goal is to promote the arts in all forms. The Council is entirely locally funded. Anyone interested in the arts is welcome to attend the monthly meeting on the fourth Monday of each month at the Ferguson Building at 5 p.m.
