Mtn. View-Birch Tree Board of Education to meet Jan. 23

The Mountain View-Birch Tree R-III School District Board of Education will meet on Thursday, Jan. 23 at the Birch Tree Elementary School Media Center.

 

Items on the agenda include: approval of consent agenda; student time from Birch Tree Elementary students; MSBA Delegate report/training and meetings; items extracted from consent agenda; exceptions to monthly bills; monthly financial report and budget amendments; board candidate filing update and ballot approval; school calendar approval for 2025-2026 school year; goals, objectives and parameters for negotiations with Mtn. View-Birch Tree bus drivers; police updates; technology program review; principal reports and closed session citing RSMo. 610.021 (3) Hiring, firing, disciplining or promoting of particular employees; (9) Preparation, including any discussions or work product, on behalf of a public governmental body or its representatives for negotiations with employee groups; (13) Individually identifiable personnel records, performance ratings or records pertaining to employees or applicants for employment; and (14) Records which are protected from disclosure by law.
