Missouri VFW Posts unite for Mountain View Veterans Park cleanup

As part of the VFW’s National Day of Service, members of Missouri VFW Post 7222 and Post 3009 will join forces to clean and beautify the Mountain View Veterans Park on Saturday, May 3 at 11:00 a.m. Activities will include grounds maintenance and a detailed washing of the park’s U.S. Air Force F-80 Shooting Star static display.

 

The Veteran's Park is located at East 5th Street in Mountain View, Mo. This effort honors our veterans by preserving the spaces dedicated to their memory and service. The event also fosters community pride and brings together local volunteers to care for this important landmark.
