MV-BT School Board to meet May 22

The Mountain View-Birch Tree R-III School District Board of Education will meet on Thursday, May 22 at the Birch Tree Elementary. There are three community-initiated items on the agenda: elementary leadership structure, overall student behavior and building trust, and district transparency in regards to community involvement. Year-end items will also feature during this meeting, including iReady testing results: end-of-year highlights; propane bids; related services contracts, OT, PT, Speech, Nursing; transportation manual approval; building handbooks presentation; literacy plan approval; and career ladder payment approval.

A closed session pursuant to RSMo 610.021 (3) Hiring, firing, disciplining or promoting of particular employees; (13) Individually identifiable personnel records, performance ratings or records pertaining to employees or applicants for employment; (14) Records which are protected from disclosure by law may occur during this meeting.
