EAA Young Eagles flying event June 13

Give your child the gift of flight. Join together for an exciting day where kids, ages 8-17, can experience the thrill of aviation for free.

Children can expect a real flight in a small aircraft with a certified pilot; hands-on learning about airplanes and aviation; fun, educational activities on the ground; and a chance to spark a lifelong passion for flying.

The event will be held on Saturday, June 13 at 9:00 a.m. There must be a parent/guardian present in order for the children to attend.

Come out and have your child build confidence and curiosity, learn how planes fly, meet pilots and aviation enthusiasts all while creating unforgettable memories.

The EAA event is located at the Willow Springs Airport-EAA 1218 Hanger, 810 Bryan St., Willow Springs, Mo.
