Mtn. View-Birch Tree School Board to meet July 23

The Mtn. View-Birch Tree R-III Board of Education will meet on Thursday, July 23 at 6:00 p.m. at the central office.

 

Items on the agenda to include approval of consent agenda including minutes of previous meeting and approval of payment of monthly bills; MSBA Delegate report; Policy IKC-Class Rankings; items extracted from consent agenda; exceptions to monthly bills; monthly financial report; Navitas contract approval; resident initiated item: parent involvement; year-ending budget amendments for 2025-2026; budget approval for 2026-2027; set tax rate hearing date and time; set date for board/admin retreat; occupational therapy contract approval; New Day counseling contract approval; 2026-2027 curriculum presentation; building handbooks approval; approve meal prices for the 2026-2027 school year; administrators' reports; and closed session for the purpose of (3) hiring, firing, disciplining or promoting of particular employees; and (13) Individually identifiable personnel records, performance ratings or records pertaining to employees or applicants for employment.
