Charles (Chuck) Thomas McClellan of Poplar Bluff, Mo was born on August 23, 1054 in West Plains, MO. He departed this life on May 25, 2026 after a battle with cancer.
Chuck graduated from Willow Springs High School in 1972 and immediately went into the United States Air Force where he was a military police officer. When leaving the Air Force he worked several jobs but found contentment as a carpenter. Chuck was a talented man with many abilities and thrived on helping others when his health allowed. He loved gardening.
Chuck was preceded in death by his father, Orval McClellan and his grandparents.
He is survived by his mother, Ida McClellan of Willow Springs, three sisters and their families: Roxy and Curt Baldridge, (David, Amy, Bailee and Avery Baldridge, Abby Hood, and Danica and Jimmy Holaday); Christy and Rick Talbert (Richie and Jessica); Donna and Max Chastain (Libby), two aunts, Fern Alvis and Dolores McClellan, as well as numerous cousins.
He is further survived by his very special friend and care taker Robbie Sauls, her husband Bobby and their family whom he loved very much.
There are no funeral services being held and he will be cremated. In lieu of flowers or gifts, please pray for the families.
